Ibu-ibu

Salam,
NIh kisah seorang ibu yg aku dengar dari seorang ibu yg lain.... kisah mengenai perempuan isteri dan ibu....
ibu ini, bila anaknya ambik result trial UPSR, kerana result buruk dia berkata "kamu bukan anak aku!" lalu anak perempuanya menangis kecewa bila ibunya berkata begitu......
ibu ini pernah ada kawan, so kawan dia pergi la holliday n bawak hadiah rantai manik utknya dan suaminya...... lalu dia menjadi marah dan berkata "kamu nak suami aku kawin lagi satu????"
untuk pengetahuan, ibu ini adalah isteri no.2 kepada seorang dato' yg sgt2 tua. dan klu dari situasi n view aku yg suka buruk sangka bila tgk senario begitu, laki tu gatal ~tuuT~ dan ibu itu gila duit... ... n dari mulut tukang citer berkata " dato' kena halau umah sampai tido kat hotel n pinjam duit dari org sbb nak kena tido hotel...xnak balik umah bini tua sbb malu...."
dan ibu itu, aku mengenalinya, anak2 nya agak rapat dan tahu serba sedikit peribadi beliau kerana dari anak2nya aku dapati betapa aku kecewa dengan sikapnya sebagai ibu dan aku dapat tahu dari tukang cerita suaminya kecewa dengan isterinya sampai berpesan pada kawan2 , "jgn ko citer apa2 pasal aku kat bini aku, dia xleh percaya"....
sepanjang aku cuba untuk membantu anak2nya ketika dia selalu ke club aku dulu, aku kesian tgk seorang budak baru berumur xsampai 10 tahun sudah pandai mencarut, sudah tahu erti SEKS, sudah tahu raba2 n juga tahu ibunya suka minum ARAK dan MEROKOK.......
sebagai seorang abang( at least aku anggap diri aku camtu bila ngan anak2 dia) aku rasa kecewa n pernah aku terkedu bila anaknya menceritakan ibunya pernah mabuk di rumah. malah ibunya minum arak dirumah...... merokok munkin jadi biasa di KL nih sbb ada kawan2 mak aku selamba jer merokok depan anak2....apala nak jadi ngan org ISLAM zaman skang......
entri ini bukan untuk buka pekung sesiapa.klu aku nak buka pekung, aku da tulis nama orang yg terlibat wahma tukang cerita sendiri...malah tukang cerita juga aku agak kecewa, marah org bawak mulut, dia sendri mulut diinsurankan merata-rata....heheheh
aku harap ia menjadi pengajran pada aku sendri n sesiapa yg membaca entri ini.... walaupn double meaning campur cakap direct punya entri, namun ia ada pengajaran yg harus direnungi....
untuk lelaki, syukurla pada isteri yang ada. carila isteri yg baik, menyayangi n selalu menasihati dirimu. bukan kaki mabuk, perokok dan mental dan badan yg xsihat....
pada perempuan, impvrovela diri anda.jgn biarkan diri hanyut kerana nanti anda akan buat anak2 anda hanyut...... jgn nanti anak2 benci pada anda kerana anda lupa diri... bila bersuami, jadila isteri yg baik...... (klu minta solehah karang bnyk alasan)
pada aku, jadi lebih baik dari hari ini.....adiosa!!!

Makan Makan Makan......
Selama 2 hari semalam n kelmarin, thanks to kawan2 adikku yg ada bisnes catering...hehehe......
thanks to Farahleen n Munirah kerana makanan yg kalian sediakan..... highlight aku, beriani di kedai farah sgtr2 superb, namun cendol di umah munirah sgt2 best!!! hehehe thanks again......
p/s: i don't really know them since my brothers friend... just like the quote says, i come, i see, i eat!!!hahahahah
So, setelah kekenyangna n happy, akupn mengharapkan ia berpanjangan, namun apakan daya, hujan turn petang n malam....huhuhu... pasukan yg aku Support utk basketball (KL Dragon) n bola sepak (Manchester United) kalah .... huhuhu... bak kata buah ati ku, bila game, ada kalah ada menang...hahahaha..... sabo jer la....
Hari nih kena buat follow up pada kawan2 yg lama menyepi... jeng jeng jeng...... harapla depa ada improvement result.......

Salam,
Sekian lama lagi aku membisu.... bukan kerana aku mengasingkan diri mahupn menyembunyikan diri seperti kura2 menyorokkan kepala....hehehe.....
dari pemerhatian aku, aku rasa kini aku melalui masa2 kekeliruan dalam dunia blogging.... kata omputih, mid life crisis.... kerana ada bnyk blog utk dihandle dan memerlukan perhatian aku, maka last2 semua aku xupdate....hahahahah
aku keliru apa nak di suarakan disini dan di blog kami. kebiasaannya aku hujahkan disini xkira apa isu yg cuba disampaikan.dari isu politik, cinta, persahabtan mahupn sukan...... kekadang tngan ini gatal utk mengupdate, namun dikala nafsu menaip ku ini membuak-buak, keyboard dan skrin jauh dari ku aptah lagi laluan internet.....
Namun, pagi ini aku nekad. utk kembali menulis. sekurang2nya utk pagi ini. terlalu lama menyepi dan berjauhan dari blog ini bukan bererti aku menjumpai cinta pada benda lain. cuma nya aku keliru apa yg ingin aku nyatakan disini..... setiaku padamu blog ku tetap utuh seperti utuhnya piramid giza di mesir......
bnyk suara2 hatiku terpaksa kupendamkan, dan akhirnya aku lupakan sahaja memandangkan aku tidak gemar untuk memaksa diri ini menyimpan perasaaan tidak enak yg mebuatkan hidupku tidak selesa. munkin itu jawapan utk soalan seorang teman "knapa asal jumpa ko jer happy jer ko?" hehehehe....... disebalik senyuman, ada kegusaran yg hanya Dia yg tahu, dan biarla Dia saja yg tahu.....hehehehe
Sukan:
miggu lepas, aku mendapat pingat pertama utk season ini.... hehehe... utk pertama kalinya pasukan NS boys memasuki petandingan akhir dalam pertandingan KL Open Handball Tournament..... dan kali pertama aku injurt di bahu aku utk sukan ini... namun, kerana kekurangan pemain, maka aku terpaksa (bukan dipaksa) utk bermain sehingga wisel penamat... yg membuatkan aku benar2 gembira adalah kemenangan kami kepada pasukan Malaysia All Star a.k.a HoISAN di peringkat seprauh akhir....hehehe... rezeki yg Dia hulurkan..... star pasukan kami pula telah di eksport ke pasukan pilhan lain, namun nampaknya mereka tidak dapat menjalinkan hubungan yg baik dengan pasukan baru....heheheh
kini aku dalam usaha untuk membina pasukan Bola keranjang pula bagi kawasan Nirwana memandangkan kawasan itu ada potensi n dari dbiarkan jadi kawasan penagih melepak (dan paling best polis cuma lalu jer n xbuat apa) baik aku mulakan pembangunan di sana bagi membantu anak2 muda ini mengisi masa lapang mereka sblm mereka memilih arah tuju mereka di masa depan..... mana tahu munkin aku berjaya mlahirkan pemain NBA???hahahaah
Politik:
banyak aku nak suarakan disini pasal politik, namun kekurangan ilmu n keterbatasan internet mematikan usaha aku....hahaha... namun aku suka untuk melawat ke blog tukar tiub untuk membaca info2 baru pandangan dari sudut berlainan yg ada disana...hehehe... aku rekemen kalian untuk ke sana....
Raya:
hanya seminggu raya ku tahun ini. namun usaha utk menghidupkan budaya ziarah menziarahi pada aku ada peningkatan berbanding tahun2 lepas di kampung halaman ku.... at least adik2 aku ada semangat utk beraya bersama2 n makan sedap (mmg sedap makanan tahun ni!!)....hahahah
namun, aku agak kecewa, budaya ini tidak dapat aku bawa ke rumah aku. ibu ku terlalu lama hidup di bandar n mencampuradukkan budaya, adat n agama pada pemerhatian aku. pada aku, diriku dan kebanyakkan org di malaysia juga begitu.... xpercaya? tgk budaya OPEN HAUS yg merata2 skang nih.... mmg baik layan semua org sekali gus, tp jika dilakukan di rumah sendri mmg baik, cam aku buat kat swimming pool n court tennis.... n klu kita tgk itu bukan ziarah umah, tp ziarah swimming pool...... so cmanala rezeki nak dibwa masuk kerana setiap insan yg menziarahi kita malaikat akan turunkan rezeki pada isi rumah itu...... alasan yg biasa kita dengar...... letih layan tetamu...hmmm......
malah, aku dapati rumah kawan2 mak aku pn mak aku xpergi ziarah. rela berjumpa begitu sahaja..... aku xtaula budaya nih datang dari mana.....cuma aku dapat rasa ia bukan la budaya yg ada dalam islam..... bukan aku nak buka pekung mak sendri, cuma aku lebih suka direct pada pemikiran aku. klu aku xsuka, aku cakap (dalam isu ini, bila aku xsuka aku simpan sorang jer sbb xnak mak kecik ati)........ klu aku salah, aku suka org tegur aku ngna hujah dan hadis yg waras. aku terima ngan hati yg berat namun aku lebih suka begitu dari aku terus keliru n salah..... aku sedia menerima kebenaran walaupn ia berat..hehehe
sampai sini jela dulu... aku letih menaip n nak pergi Club aku utk kerja...hahahah....

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) .she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes..
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening
Ingrid 's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die. they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. It is sunny out today.)
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue
NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other, that is also an indication of a stroke.
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

What Makes Us Overeat?

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 29, 2009-- Most of us would like to think that we’re in charge of how much we eat. We trust our bodies to tell us when we’re full, and that after we’re done, we have a good sense of how much we’ve eaten.
If only it were true. “Research tells us that subtle cues in our environment can pressure us to dish up more than we need and eat more than we should,” said Luigi Gratton, M.D., vice president of medical affairs at Herbalife. “Larger plates – even larger serving utensils – can prompt over-consumption.” In a self-serve ice cream experiment1, people given large bowls and scoops doled out 57 percent more ice cream than those given smaller dishes and serving utensils.
So, how much we’re going to eat is generally decided before we even take that first mouthful. The reality is we pretty much eat whatever we’re served – whether it’s a little or a lot. From a supersized fast-food meal to a dainty portion in an upscale restaurant, we’re generally satisfied as long as we’ve polished off every morsel. Rather than letting our stomachs decide, we let an empty plate signal an end to the meal.
Controlling how much you put on your plate really becomes the first step in controlling how much you put in your stomach. But other cues can trigger overeating, too. Just smelling or seeing food – anything from the smell of fresh-baked bread to the sight of stale donuts in the company lunchroom – can trigger your desire to eat, even if you’re not hungry. Here are some ways to take charge:
Think spoon, not shovel - It’s an old trick, but it really works - using smaller plates and tall, skinny glasses gives the illusion that there is more food on the dish and more to drink in the glass. Smaller serving utensils help keep you from loading up, too – think spoon, rather than shovel.
Single-serving sizes - As serving containers get larger, so do portions. Those huge bargain-priced cereal boxes may be leaner on your wallet, but studies show you’ll pour yourself a lot more cereal – as much as 20 percent more – than you would from a regular-sized package. Go for the single-serving sizes.
Out-of-reach sweets - Make it inconvenient to eat the unhealthy stuff. You may not make the effort to bake brownies from scratch when the mood strikes, but if you keep the microwavable version around you’ll have to constantly fight the urge. Get the candy dish off your desk and the cookie jar off the counter – set out a bowl of fruit instead.
Mix it up, but not too much - Studies show that the more variety on your plate, the more you’ll eat – all that stimulation keeps your taste buds in high gear. An array of low-cal fruits and veggies is fine, but when faced with a buffet or a dinner served family-style, limit yourself to just a couple of items on your plate at one time.
Shake it up - Try a protein shake for breakfast or lunch. Made from a set amount of milk, protein powder and fruit, it’s a natural when it comes to portion control. Add some ice cubes, and whip it up to increase the volume without adding calories – and enjoy from a tall glass.

well, its not the song that make me thinking, but when i search for her in Utube i found a list of great song from her....... a lot people still don't know about her in Malaysia, but she will put the world under storm......... if you like that song, than here another one that i will used it as my stage song....... (this is also for my sayang, Liyana).....heheheh
